Audi D7 a magnificent car concept

Have you ever wondered how the future sports car will look like? An Iranian designer tried to answer this question and created a magnificent car concept: Audi D7. The model was presented at the "From Dream to Reality" exhibition in Teheran, Iran. The exhibition was organized so the graduates of University of Industrial Design to have the chance to presents there ideas of the futures car.

Audi D7 is a sport model powered by an electric motor. The most interesting design elements of this model are the line created with LED taillights and optical blocks. This line of light gives a unique identity to the car and replaces traditional lighting elements.

Kave Naser Bakht, the author of this concept, integrates in D7 concept taillights forms and optical blocks presented on current models Audi and adapted depending on the model forms.

Audi D7 has an electric motor located in the front of the car and the traction is made through the rear axle. The battery can be charge via a plug located in the front. The designer chose to give up four-wheel drive because the additional weight that adds a four-wheel drive system.
