The Ducati Panigale V2 has a new outfit to show off. The Casa di Borgo Panigale has decided to enhance the model with the White Red livery. The new colour joins the traditional Ducati red one with which the Bolognese superbike was presented last autumn.
The Ducati Panigale V2 was not coloured red in random points but highlights the path of the air flows inside the bike. The large Panigale V2 logo, inspired by the Ducati Corse motorbike graphics and positioned on the lower half-fairings, is an additional sporty touch.
The Ducati Panigale V2 replaces the previous 959 Panigale as the entry model to the super sporty Panigale family, from which it inherits the elegant and sporty design.
The Panigale V2 is powered by the 955 cm³ V-twin Superquadro motor (compliant with the Euro 5 standard), with a maximum power of 155 HP at 10,750 rpm and a maximum torque of 104 Nm at 9,000 rpm, but more than 70% is available already after 5,500 rpm.
The electronic package, dedicated to active safety and control of vehicle dynamics, includes ABS, an electronic gearbox, engine braking control, smoother anti-wheelie and traction control. All these driving assistants integrate with the three Riding Modes (Race, Sport and Street).
The Ducati Panigale V2 will be available in dealerships from July 2020. Prices start at 17,990 euro.
