Riversimple Urban Car
Urban automobile on hydrogen fuel with a consumption of 0.78 l/100km
A team of engineers from several prestigious British institutions, including Oxford University, Cranfield University and Horizon Fuel Cell Technologies, has managed to build one of the most economic cars designed until now.
Riversimple Urban Car, use for propulsion hydrogen, element increasingly seen by many researchers as a future fuel. With just 0.78 liters of hydrogen car can go 100 km.
Maximum speed of 90km / h is more than enough if we consider that it is a car with two seats, designed for roads inside the cities. With a single tank, Riversimple have a autonomy nearly 400 km.
Manufacturers hope by 2013 to impose the car as a standard for urban cars. Now the main drag is high cost of obtaining hydrogen and the lack of refueling points.

MIT in U.S. has new solar
MIT in U.S. has new solar cell with catalyst that produces H2, O,2 during sunlight hours - making home fill-ups probable! Even better news! Urine yields H2,O2, in electrolysis for much less voltage and current than before, solar or otherwise, and really decent yields available! and: Oil is beginning to rise as we speak! putting further pressure on folks to change over! Love your car! More Bigger pictures!
