Mercedes-benz made us to wait.... . The German company has reveal only a few pictures and details of the new Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Gullwing. We have some photos and some quite detailed, but we can not say the same about the exterior of the car. The only disclosures about the outside are just some of the sketches that show the futuristic exterior design.

Fireball was tested in conditions of winter, on freeway, the most shooting being made in the Laredo, Texas and northern Sweden of course without the babble regarding the outside design, using a different type of body more "unpolished".
Due V8 engine with a torque of 650 Nm, which will develop 571 HP, the new Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Gullwing will accelerate from 0-100km in less than 4 seconds and from 0-200 km in 12 seconds.

Top speed of this car is 315 km / h (the figures are still provisional). In order to master this power machine will be equipped with ceramic brakes, which helps a lot to control the car.

 Since the chassis and bodywork will be made from aluminum the vehicle weight will be reduced considerably almost reaching 1620 kg. Transmission is ensured by an automatic gearbox with double clutch constructed of carbon fiber that delivers engine power to rear wheels - system similar to that used in races DTM C-Class.

Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Gullwing is scheduled to go on sale in the spring of 2010. The price of such cars will be about 140,000 euros.
