Karoq is the second most sold model from Skoda worldwide in 2020 and the first half of 2021 - surpassed only by Skoda Octavia. Since Karoq came on the market four years ago, Skoda has sold over half a million medium-sized SUVs, which i.a. is popular due to its spaciousness and flexibility. For example, Skoda Karoq's luggage compartment holds 521 liters / 1,630 liters. If you choose the class-unique VarioFlex system, where the seats can be moved individually or taken out completely, you get 588 liters with the seats pushed forward - and a total of 1,810 liters with the seats removed.
Now the updated Karoq is ready to continue the success with new design elements outside and inside and the latest generation EVO engines.
A confident look and new LED lights
Most notable is the redesigned front, which gives Karoq a more confident look. The now hexagonal radiator grille has become wider, and together with a new front bumper and narrower LED headlights, which are now also available with full LED and matrix technology, the new Karoq is more dynamic to look at.
The rear end has also been redesigned with, i.a. an elongated, tinted spoiler that makes Karoq appear longer viewed from the side. In addition, it is integrated with a small spoiler on each side of the rear window. Together, they reduce the air turbulence behind the car and thus improve Karoq's aerodynamics.
In addition, the rear end has new taillights with full LED as standard and the option of dynamic turn signals. As a Skoda characteristic, the rear lights are C-shaped and crystal structure.
To give the new design an extra touch, Skoda introduces two new metal coatings to Karoq, including the eye-catching Phoenix Orange. There are also three new alloy wheels, two of which have black plastic inserts, which improve aerodynamics.
Seat cover made of recycled plastic
The interior of the 2022 Skoda Karoq is more sustainable and comfortable. For example, you can now opt for an Eco package with a seat cover that feels like leather, even though it is made from recycled PET bottles. In addition, depending on the level of equipment, there are various new, decorative designs on the instrument panel and in the side doors. The ambient lighting of the ambient lighting creates a good atmosphere with several features.
As for infotainment systems, Skoda Karoq SUV now has the latest generation, which is always online and available with Skoda's digital assistant 'Laura', who understands and speaks many languages. Moreover, the touch screen is up to 9.2-inch large, and it can be combined with a digital cockpit with a screen of 10.25-inch.
