Kia has revealed new details about the 2021 Kia Stinger. In addition to the refreshed design, 2021 Kia Stinger includes the latest support and safety features, as well as interior packages. A new engine has been added to the Stinger range exclusively for North American customers. The new 2.5-liter T-GDi engine produces 304 hp at 5,800 rpm. 

The maximum torque of 422 Nm of the new four-cylinder engine is available between 1,650 and 4,000 rpm.

The most powerful engine in the Stinger range, the 3.3-liter T-GDi twin-turbo V6 engine and 370 hp remains unchanged, except for a new electronic variable exhaust system that produces a more rough sound in Sport driving mode. The 2.0-liter four-cylinder turbo engine is unchanged, producing 255 hp at 6,200 rpm and delivering 353 Nm of torque from 1,400 to 4,000 rpm. All three engines are mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission, which offers prompt and refined gear changes.

Stinger is not a lightweight car. At over 2,200 kilograms, Kia Stinger is an imposing presence on the road, but its sprinting from 0 to 100 km / h in just 4.9 seconds. The Kia Stinger GT can also be ordered with the Dark package, which offers a series of body accessories painted in black.

Depending on the market and equipment versions, 2021 Kia Stinger is now available with a new optional 10.25 inch touchscreen. The multiple Bluetooth connection allows users to connect up to two mobile devices simultaneously. The UVO Connect telematics system with online access will also be available. There is also an ambient light with up to 64 selectable colors and new materials and fabrics.

The new 2021 Kia Stinger has the updated advanced driver assistance systems, but also a number of new features and updates to provide even greater protection for drivers, passengers and traffic participants.

The 2021 Kia Stinger will be launched in South Korea in late 2020, and it should be available from US and EU dealers in 2021.
