McLaren returns to spotlights thanks to a new hypercar. Called the McLaren Saber, this new ultra-high performance car is presented as the fastest two-seater model from the British manufacturer ever. The strange thing, however, is that this sports car was unveiled by a dealer from Beverly Hills, the most luxurious neighbourhood in Los Angeles. This is because the new McLaren Saber has been developed specifically for the American market. Its very limited edition of just 15 copies is reserved exclusively for highly selected customers living in the USA.
The British manufacturer speaks of an endothermic engine, that is a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 capable of unleashing 824 hp and 800 Nm of maximum torque. These record values make the Saber's engine the most powerful twin-turbo V8 engine ever built by Woking. Furthermore, this super sports car can reach 350 km / h.
McLaren Saber has an estimated price between $ 3.5 million and $ 4 million.
However, it should be noted that the fastest McLaren ever remains the McLaren Speedtail, which is capable of reaching 403 km / h but it has a 3-seater configuration.
