The brand new Geely Icon, which the Chinese giant just launched on the market a few weeks ago, is the first vehicle to have an N95 air filter certificate. This implies that the system can trap 95% of the 0.3-micron particles before they enter the cabin.

According to Geely, the purification system works in conjunction with the air conditioning to isolate and eliminate harmful elements in the cabin, including bacteria and viruses.

The gasoline engine produces 174 HP (177 PS / 130 kW) and 255 Nm (188 lb-ft) of torque on its own, while the 48-volt system provides a further 10 kW (13.4 HP / 13.6 PS) of power and 45 Nm (33 lb-ft) of torque. So it is not surprising that it accelerates from 0 to 100 km / h in 7.9 seconds.
