Right from its release three years ago Audi Q7 was a true leader among SUV's sporting premium, version of 2010 is more elegant, with less polluting emissions and last but not least more efficient.
Outside major differences from previous version can be seen from front grille to the bottom of the spoiler and at the rear car we can appreciate the intention of making a back door of aluminum like the engine hood and wings it helps to reduce car weight.
As diversity, audi dont stop to surprise us, offering the new model in 11 different colors including metallic shades 4: Ibis White, Graphite Gray, teak Brown and Black Orca, but for a totally unique outdoor can offer package containing chrome-plated bars for Spoil, doors and metal protection against front-back, painted in car shade.
Since it is an SUV with some large, one wheelbase 300 cm and a total length of 5.09 m the 4 passengers will enjoy a huge space remaining and enough room for luggage. If the 775 l luggage space are not enough, seats in the rear can fold independently or both trunk volume increased up to 2035 l.
The cars will also be improved with multiple accessories such as chrome-plated and metal decorations, colors and materials used for upholstery that are in different shades depending on the material used textile or skin.
Audi will produce 5 versions of the motor 3 diesel and 2 on gas:
● 3.0 TDI develops 240 HP and 550 Nm between 2000 and 2250 rpm, to an average consumption of only 9.1 l /100 km.
● Clean 3.0 TDI consumes 7.1 l/ 100 km diesel respecting engine pollution rules Lev II Bin 5 (U.S.) and Euro 6 - announced for 2014.
● 4.2 TDI has a lower consumption compared to previous model from 11.1 to 9.9 l /100 km. However, the V8 diesel engine is more powerful, generating 340 HP and 760 Nm between 1750 and 3000 rpm.
Gasoline version:
●V6 3.6 FSI has a power of 280 HP and 360 Nm torque delivered between 2500 and 5000 rpm. The average consumption is 12.1 l/100 km.
●V8 engine of 4.2 liter FSI develops 350 HP and 440 Nm at 3500 rpm, with an average consumption of 12.7 l/100 km.
To reduce CO2 emissions by at least 5g/km audi uses a new system installed on all models which are intended to recover energy from braking.
