There are many books about the history of the automobile, but there is so much little information about garages and car maintenance at the home. Despite the importance of the garage in our lives many of the historic structures have been lost.
Infographics are a very fun and effective way to deliver information. The IFA Insurance Company made one entitled "The History of the GARAGE" to help us understand better the importance and the impact of the garage in our lives.
For start, did you know that the word “garage” comes from the french word “garer” which means “to shelter” or that United States alone has 82 million homes with a garage.
