Brabus has officially revealed the limited edition E V12 Black Baron, a high-performance super sedan based on the newly launched 2010 Mercedes-Benz E-Class W212. With only ten units set for production, the Black Baron combines record-breaking speed with extreme luxury, making it one of the most exclusive vehicles of 2009.

Extreme Performance from a Brabus-Tuned V12

At the heart of the Brabus E V12 Black Baron lies a heavily modified 6.0-liter V12 biturbo engine, bored out to 6.3 liters. This powerhouse delivers 800 horsepower and a staggering 1,420 Nm of torque—electronically limited to 1,100 Nm to protect the drivetrain. Brabus engineers have fitted a ram-air intake system, a quad-exhaust, and revised engine electronics to extract maximum performance.

The result is a super sedan that accelerates from 0–100 km/h (62 mph) in just 3.7 seconds, hits 200 km/h (124 mph) in 9.9 seconds, and blasts to 300 km/h (186 mph) in 23.9 seconds. Top speed is electronically limited to 350 km/h (217 mph), though Brabus claims it can exceed 370 km/h (230 mph) without the limiter.

High-Tech Chassis and Braking System

To ensure control at extreme speeds, Brabus equips the Black Baron with a fully adjustable sports suspension, upgraded stabilizers, and a high-performance braking system. It rides on black 19-inch alloy wheels, wrapped in 255/35 front and 285/35 rear performance tires for maximum grip.

Aerodynamic and Styling Enhancements

Brabus has redesigned key body panels for improved aerodynamics, cooling, and high-speed stability. These changes include:
