Citroen returns to the 2CV philosophy, through the concept it presents at the world premiere at the Frankfurt Motor Show. Dressed in an updated body, the Citroen Revolte concept has an interior as simple as it is futuristic. It has 4 seats, and the access is made through 4 doors, with opposite opening, in the style of Rolls-Royce. It does not have a center console, and the rear seat is amazingly simple. Instead, the front seats are detached as if from a spaceship. The dashboard, with an equally avant-garde look, groups the controls for the essential functions.

The influence of the DS style can be found on the outside, through the design of the grille, with the integrated logo, while the curvature of the back is in the unmistakable 2CV style. The design of the car also includes details of the DS3.

The body is painted in two colors, purple and gray. Citroen has not yet made any allusion to the engine mounted on this concept.
