The Honda 3R-C is an innovative one-person battery-electric vehicle concept. The 3R-C will make its world debut in Geneva.
The three-wheeled 3R-C vehicle concept can be used by a single occupant vehicle for zero-emission commuting. This innovative electric vehicle concept reveals what a future minimal urban transport vehicle might look like. The battery-electric engine is positioned low in the car body frame, consequently putting the centre of gravity low and therefore enhancing stability.
The Honda 3R-C has a transparent cover that shields the driver’s seat while it is stored and not in use. When 3R-C vehicle is in motion, the cover converts to an enveloping wind-shield that provides the pilot.
There is even a small trunk in the front.
Interestingly, the Honda 3R-C was designed at the Honda Research and Design Center in Milan, being largely the creation of Europeans.
