The brand new Renault Arkana has a design that is found only in the premium brands and the model complements Renault's strong product line-up in the C-Class. And just like Kadjar and Megane, Arkana has received the maximum 5-star rating in crash tests from the independent organization EuroNCAP.
In addition to a design that guarantees maximum passive safety, Arkana is equipped with the latest generation of active safety systems like ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), motorway traffic assistant, sign recognition, blind spot warnings, lane departure warning, Active Emergency Braking (allows the car to brake for cyclists and pedestrians if the driver does not have time to react).
In addition, Renault Arkana is equipped with a 360-degree camera, 100% LED headlights and a rearview mirror. The Arkana interior is characterized by spaciousness and practical solutions.
The Renault Arkana is launched in three different engine variants, most important is the 140 Hp E-TECH Hybrid. In the city, with the E-TECH hybrid engine, you can drive 80% of the time on pure electricity; which means up to 40% lower consumption, compared to a similar petrol engine without hybrid technology. The E-TECH Hybrid technology is already available in Renault Clio, Renault Captur and Renault Megane. In addition to lower consumption, hybrid technology means quieter driving and increased comfort as well as better acceleration.
The E-TECH Hybrid technology is an exclusive Renault invention and it's based on Renault's experience in Formula 1.
