The Ingolstadt car manufacturer has released the first photos and information regarding the new Audi S3 Sportback and Audi S3 Sedan. Both cars will be equipped with a 2.0-liter TFSI four-cylinder turbo gasoline engine capable of delivering 310 hp and 400 Nm of torque.

Both models accelerate from 0 to 100 km / h in 4.8 seconds. The maximum speed is limited to 250 km / h.

Audi S3 Sportsback

The drive train is managed by a S-Tronic seven-speed automatic transmission, a quattro all-wheel drive system and an sports suspension. The wheel are fitted with 18-inch rims as standard. 19-inch wheels are available at an additional cost. The ground clearance will be 15 mm lower than the rest of the versions, and optionally, Audi also offers a suspension with adaptive shock absorbers.

Audi S3 Sportsback

In order to distinguish themselves, the S3 models have their own design elements. The front grille, air intakes and side mirror housings will be completely painted black.

For the interior, Audi designers have prepared aluminum or carbon fiber accessories, new sports seats, a sports steering wheel and a digital on-board instrumentation available in 10.25 or 12.3 inch versions.

Audi S3 Sedan

The new Audi S3 Sportback will have a starting price of 46,300 euros, while the Audi S3 Sedan will start at 47,180 euros (German market). The limited "Edition one" opens the market launch. It has a python yellow (Sportback) or tango red (sedan) paintwork with black accents, 19-inch wheels and sports seats. Pre-order lists are open now and deliveries will start in October.
